These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bwo99 platform. By registering an account or accessing any service offered on bwo99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the provisions set out below.

Access to and use of the bwo99 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their Account remains active:
Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the bwo99 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bwo99 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bwo99 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bwo99 support immediately via [email protected]. bwo99 will investigate all such reports promptly and in good faith.
bwo99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice.
All transactions on the bwo99 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bwo99 supports deposits via the following channels:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Member's Account deposit panel at the time of transaction and are subject to change at bwo99's discretion. Deposits are generally credited to a Member's Wallet within minutes of confirmed receipt by the relevant payment provider. bwo99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking maintenance windows, or network outages beyond bwo99's reasonable control.
bwo99 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, certain payment providers may apply their own transaction charges. Members are advised to confirm the applicable fee schedule with their chosen payment provider before initiating a transfer.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in the Member's own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned where technically feasible or, where return is not possible, held pending identity verification and may be subject to forfeiture if the source cannot be verified.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Member's Account dashboard. bwo99's finance team processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The majority of withdrawal requests are completed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission. Complex requests or those flagged for additional verification may take longer.
Before a first withdrawal is processed, bwo99 may require the Member to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card / KTP or Passport) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. This is a one-time process for new accounts. KYC verification is designed to protect Members from unauthorised withdrawals and to satisfy bwo99's anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the Member's own name and matches the identity on file with bwo99. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term will prevail for that offer only.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the bwo99 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
All content displayed on the bwo99 Platform — including but not limited to the bwo99 brand name, logo, design system, text, graphics, game interfaces, odds data, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bwo99 or its licensed content providers. No element of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of bwo99.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not convey any ownership interest in any Platform content or technology.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bwo99 excludes all liability for:
In any event, bwo99's total aggregate liability to a Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bwo99 collects and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bwo99 will not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to data processing agreements that impose equivalent data protection standards.
bwo99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bwo99 will notify active Members via a notice displayed upon next login, by email where an email address is on file, or by posting an updated version on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Continued use of the bwo99 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a Member does not accept the amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting bwo99 support.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bwo99 holds its primary operating licence. bwo99 is licensed and regulated internationally as an online gaming operator.
